Complete border closure

要防疫，必從嚴！實在難以理解港府為何不全面（complete）封關！關閉少於10%流量的關口有何作用？從內地來港的人大可用別的關口入境。懇請政府立即全面封關，以港人健康為首要考慮。

Complete用作形容詞時，可以解「徹底的、十足的、完全的」，即是to the largest degree possible（在最大程度上）。例如，I don't have complete confidence in the government.（我對政府沒有十足的信心。）Complete加上字尾-ly，則可變成副詞completely。To prevent an outbreak in Hong Kong, the government must completely close the border to completely block pneumonia carriers from entering Hong Kong.（要防止肺炎在香港爆發，政府必須徹底地實施封關，完全堵塞肺炎帶菌者入境。）

Complete也可以解「完整的、齊全的」。例如，Health care workers must put on complete protection gear to handle pneumonia patients.（醫護人員必須穿戴完整的防護裝備來治療肺炎患者。）Chinese New Year cannot be complete without a dragon dance.（沒有舞龍就算不上農曆新年。）
