Romantic

應屆大學生剛畢業，有否回想一下過了一個怎樣的大學生活？中大校長沈祖堯曾對學生說：「人生是應該浪漫的，做大學生是應該浪漫的。」

何謂浪漫（romantic）？Romantic可以形容情情塔塔，a romantic relationship（愛情關係）、a romantic candlelit dinner（浪漫的燭光晚餐）、a romantic fiction（浪漫的小說）等。

Romantic當然是偏向於感性，與理性相反。文學上，Romanticism（浪漫主義）乃Age of Enlightenment（啟蒙時代）的反彈，Romanticism注重強烈的情感、想像力和大自然，而非理性和知識。

牛津字典對romantic的其一定義是："having an attitude to life where imagination and the emotions are especially important；not looking at situations in a realistic way"。不錯，romantic是一種生活態度，重視想像力和情感的生活態度，不必每事都從現實的角度出發。

浪漫的人生並不是用錢堆砌出來，卻會給錢和現實生活壓力所埋沒。
