用強力膠水時要小心，膠水一旦沾到身體部位，亦千萬不要胡亂處理。美國一名22歲女子日前半夜醒來感到左眼不適時，誤把強力膠當成眼藥水滴入眼睛，結果左眼眼皮徹底黏住，且有非常劇烈的疼痛感。最終，醫生使用了分解藥水仍無法掰開眼皮，被迫動用了金屬工具，才成功分離眼瞼。

綜合外媒報道，美國佛羅里達州一名22歲女網紅Lyd，日前在影音社交平台「TikTok」（抖音）上載一部名為「不好玩，使用前閱讀瓶子」的影片，她指有天半夜醒來由於左眼感到不適，於是想伸手去拿眼藥水卻誤取強力膠，並直接朝著左眼點了幾滴，導致整隻左眼上下眼瞼與睫毛緊緊黏在一起，因此立刻到急診室就醫。

Lyd在影片中透露，醫生先利用能分解並溶解強力膠水的藥膏，惟仍未能分開其眼瞼，因此醫生用金屬工具撬開，強行掰開其左眼皮，Lyd的眼睛終可慢慢睜開。不過，她的視力已經受到影響，且眼球還出現黃色的汁液及血絲，目前仍在使用醫生提供的抗生素藥水來幫助治療。

帖文引起網民熱烈討論，「我很驚訝妳成功保留了睫毛，光看就覺得好痛，希望妳現在有好一點」、「我有個朋友，她的男友竟把指甲膠誤認成滴耳液」、「我小時候曾因為試圖打開一個膠水容器，結果眼睛也不小心沾到了膠水，幸好我誤打誤撞地掰開眼皮」、「我隔著屏幕都感到疼痛」、「為甚麼你的眼藥水和強力膠放得這麼近」、「看起來很糟糕，我希望你感覺好多了」、「你是怎麼做到的？你沒看瓶子嗎」。
超能膠黐手點做？
日本黏合劑公司「Cemedine」曾在Twitter發文，分享去除強力膠水的貼士。Cemedine指如手指不慎沾到強力膠水致黏合在一起，可將手浸泡在約攝氏40度的暖水中，讓暖水將膠水軟化然後剝落，慢慢摩擦手指邊，浸水就可以將黏起來的手指分開，過程安全但需時較長。

不過，Cemedine表示就算未有第一時間浸泡暖水，由於平日洗澡也是用暖水，加上人體新陳代謝，故數天內強力膠水亦會自行脫落，手指便可以正常活動。Cemedine強調，強力膠水不會被皮膚吸收，故不理會它也不會有甚麼壞處，反而硬搓手指，用力摩擦，甚至使用刀片𠝹開會更容易受傷。
洗甲水去除易傷皮膚
對於不少人會使用去光水（洗甲水）或除膠劑去除強力膠水，Cemedine指使用含丙酮的去光水慢慢擦拭黏合處，確實能有效達到去除效果，然而使用過多會容易傷害手部皮膚。
