Binge-watch

農曆新年拜年後，不能到處去，最好在家裏暖笠笠地「煲劇」。

「煲劇」的英文當然不能直譯為「boil the drama」。「煲劇」指放縱地、無節制地盡情觀看影片和電視劇。英文口語可以用「binge」，指於短時期內「盡情地、無節制地」狂做某事情，例如吃或喝，還有「煲劇」。

「煲劇」即是一口氣觀看好幾集連續劇，甚至整套連續劇。例如，He binge-watched the entire drama series and finished it in just three days.（他不停地觀看這部連續劇，3天就把它看完了。）I binge-watched an entire season of "Demon Slayer" over the Chinese New Year holiday.（我於新年假期一口氣看完了整季的《鬼滅》。）

非常放縱時，還會一邊「煲劇」，一邊大吃薯片、雪糕和朱古力--I love binging on potato chips, ice cream and chocolate when I'm watching Netflix！有些人提議節食期間可以有cheat day--I love binging on junk food at least once a week！（我喜歡每周至少一次放縱地吃零食。）
