Solidarity

佔中行動四處開花，又欠缺共同領袖，實難以達到團結一致（solidarity），如何為香港爭取民主？

名詞solidarity解「團結一致」，同一組織或不同組織之間的人，因為擁有共同目標和理念，而相互支持。Solidarity常用於政治團體和運動。Emma Watson早前在聯合國發表關於男女平等的演辭，呼籲男性女性一同支持組織HeForShe，這組織的口號就用了solidarity一字——"a solidarity movement for gender equality"（爭取性別平等的團結運動）。

Solidarity可以配搭動詞express／show（表示）、strengthen（加強）等，例句：The teachers joined the protest to express／show solidarity with their students.（老師加入抗議，以示他們與學生們團結一致。）We must actively strengthen the solidarity between the people in the city.（我們必須積極使人民團結。）

留意solidarity是抽象概念，屬不可數名詞（uncountable noun），不可以加-s。
