有些人習慣使用傳統牙刷幫助清潔及護理牙齒，有些人則習慣使用電動牙刷。日本雜誌《LDK》近日分別評測了20款傳統牙刷和20款電動牙擦，比較各款產品的清潔效果，當中不乏獅王、花王、MUJI無印良品等熱門傳統牙刷品牌，以及Panasonic、飛利浦等熱門電動牙刷品牌，大家不妨在各大店舖、網上或遊日時趁機入手。

超市大搜查丨3大標準評測各款傳統牙刷

《LDK》指出，全近年傳統牙刷的款式發展出不同大小的刷頭和不同粗幼的刷毛。《LDK》解釋：

  • 較大的刷頭適合大面積地習慣刷牙的人，但有機會傷害到臉頰。
  • 較小的刷頭適合習慣細緻地刷到牙齒各處的人，但會較費時；
  • 較粗的刷毛能夠輕易刷走頑固牙漬和食物殘渣，但未必能清潔到牙縫、臼齒深處的位置。
  • 較幼的刷毛能照料到牙齒和口腔各處，但也容易傷害到牙齦。

《LDK》以3大標準評測各款傳統牙刷：

  • 清潔力：把牙刷綁在小型電鋸上，以均衡的頻率和時間洗刷帶有污漬和牙菌斑的牙齒模型，計算限時內牙刷能夠刷走多少異物。
  • 拋光力：由多名牙醫和受測員實際使用產品，針對使用後的牙齒清潔度和光澤進行評分。
  • 牙齦舒適感：由多名牙醫和受測員實際使用產品，針對用後感、牙齒感受（如刺痛感、涼感等）進行評分。

評測結果顯示，「獅王LION CLINICA PRO警示牙刷」獲得A+評級和「Best Buy」產品推薦，售價為238日圓（約13港元），性價比甚高。

「獅王LION CLINICA PRO警示牙刷」在3項測試上均獲得4.5至5分，其中在「清潔力」測試上獲得5分滿分。《LDK》指出，產品具有較薄又小的刷頭，能夠輕易伸到口腔深處清潔臼齒位置，而其刷毛粗幼適中，能夠清潔頑固異物和污漬。牙醫和受測員都表示，產品能輕易刷走污漬和牙菌斑，而且能為牙齒帶來拋光效果，讓牙齒保持清潔又潔白。

《LDK》另外測試了20款電動牙擦，並以2大標準評測各款產品：

  • 清潔力：在帶有污漬和牙菌斑的牙齒模型使用產品，清潔一段時間後檢查門牙、門牙後方、大臼齒、臼齒溝和牙縫，並分別依照上述5個位置的清潔度進行評分。
  • 使用感：由多名受測員實際使用產品，針對產品大小、使用便利性、牙齒感受（如刺痛感、涼感等）、刷頭更換的便利性等進行評分。

評測結果顯示，「EPEIOS OKare! Sonic Electric Toothbrush ET003」是20款款式中，唯一獲得A級評級的款式，售價為5980日圓（約331港元）。

「EPEIOS OKare! Sonic Electric Toothbrush ET003」在清潔力測試上，在門牙、大臼齒和臼齒溝3個位置均獲得4至5分，可見其清潔力可觀，但由於刷頭欠缺一定柔軟度，故在門牙後方和牙縫的清潔效果就略為欠佳。《LDK》指，產品有4種模式，包括「一般清潔」、「牙齒美白」、「敏感牙齒護理」和「拋光模式」，足以應付各類人士的需要。
