天文台預料受較為乾燥的大陸氣流影響，本周中期至下周初普遍晴朗，預料一股東北季候風會在下周中期影響華南，早上清涼，雲量較多，其中下周三（14日）新界部分地區更低至攝氏11度。

天文台表示，東北季候風正影響廣東，預測本港明日（7日）日間大致天晴及乾燥，最高氣溫約攝氏22度，吹和緩北至東北風，初時離岸風勢間中清勁。展望隨後數日天晴乾燥，早上清涼，日夜溫差較大。
據分區天氣預報，本周中至後期市區氣溫約17至23度，上水、流浮山、石崗等新界地區最低14度，周末打鼓嶺降至13度；下周初至中期市區氣溫約15至22度，其中下周三（14日）新界部分地區跌至11度。
