不少人都有帶飯習慣,然而保鮮盒使用一段時間,容易殘留異味和發黃。日本關西電力公司就分享3個不用海綿的清潔方法,過程中用到2種常見調味料。

日本關西電力公司日前在社交平台上載影片,分享指如保鮮盒有異味,有3個解決方法,過程中毋須使用清潔海綿。第一個方法是用水和少許鹽,在保鮮盒中搖勻,便可去除異味。
如保鮮盒太油膩,又不想使用海綿清洗,可將洗潔精倒入裝有水的保鮮盒中,再加入數張撕碎的廚房紙並搖勻,然後用水沖洗,即可去除油漬。如保鮮盒有變黃跡象,可往盒內加入數塊冰塊和1湯匙糖,再加水搖勻,即可有效去黃。

家務達人1招浸洗膠邊徹底去霉
除了保鮮盒盒身,膠邊發霉問題亦令不少人感到煩惱。台灣家務達人「佐藤SATO」日前在YouTube頻道分享影片,表示不少人吃完午餐後,都會直接蓋上保鮮盒蓋子留待回家再清洗,然而在潮濕、悶熱的情況下,加上食物的殘渣、水分和污垢等,會誘發霉菌快速生長,令膠邊很容易發霉。不過,即使每天都有認真清洗保鮮盒,蓋子膠邊也有機會發霉,形成黑色斑點。
此外,他指塑膠製的蓋子有2大缺點,一是容易殘留味道;二是清洗時如用錯刷具會容易刮傷表面,這些刮痕會積聚霉菌,他便教授大家清潔的方法。
清除保鮮盒膠邊霉菌方法
「佐藤SATO」指所需工具包括臉盆、暖水和過碳酸納,調配「霉斑黑垢還原水」的比例為50克過碳酸納和3公升攝氏約45度暖水,倒入臉盆攪拌至均勻溶解。浸泡前先用萬字夾拆下蓋子膠邊,千萬不要用尖銳物品插入膠邊,否則會形成洞孔埋藏污垢。接著把膠邊和蓋子放入臉盆浸泡1小時,水位高度要完全覆蓋,如盒子本身有異味問題,也可一併放入去浸泡;如發霉問題非常嚴重,則可浸泡一晚約8小時。最後準備一盆乾淨的水,用牙刷把膠邊污垢刷洗乾淨,然後用超細纖維抹布擦乾膠邊和蓋子再晾乾便可。

對於「霉斑黑垢還原水」的清潔原理,「佐藤SATO」表示「霉斑黑垢還原水」在浸泡過程中會滲透到霉菌根部,比起直接把膠邊表面的霉斑刷走,更能有效抑制霉菌再次生長。
預防膠邊發霉貼士
對於如何預防膠邊發霉,「佐藤SATO」指如是累積較久的頑固霉斑,清洗後膠邊表面可能會殘留淡淡的色素沉澱,這部分會比較難清洗乾淨,故建議每周拆下膠邊徹底清洗一次。
