相信不少女士都會使用化妝水，為臉部肌膚進行保濕，修護皮膚瑕疵。日本雜誌《LDK》近日以3大標準評測20款￥1500（約80港元）以下平價化妝水，比較各款產品的保濕力、使用感和成分，並挑選出保濕效果最佳的款式，當中包括SANA豆乳美肌、肌研、MUJI無印良品、松本清等人氣品牌，其中一款獲高評分僅售567日圓（約30港元），大家不妨在各大店舖、網上或遊日時趁機入手。

3大標準評測化妝水
《LDK》指出，化妝水主要功能是為皮膚進行保濕、修護皮膚瑕疵，而大部分市售化妝水產品都標榜有保濕、抗皺、美白等成分，能夠加強護膚效果。
《LDK》以3大標準評測各款化妝水：
- 保濕力：在多名受測者的手臂上塗抹產品，靜待一段時間後，利用專業儀器測量皮膚水分，比較使用前後的含水量。
- 使用感：由多名受測者實際使用產品，針對使用方便性、塗抹手感、用後感、氣味等多方面進行評分。
- 成分：由化妝品專家檢查產品成分標籤，針對保濕成分、護膚成分、藥用成分等進行評分。

評測結果顯示，「aqua bank Vitamin C Toner」獲得A級評級和「Best Buy」產品推薦，售價為1540日圓（約81.5港元）。
「aqua bank Vitamin C Toner」在保濕力測試上獲得5分滿分，《LDK》發現產品能有效為皮膚進行深層保濕及滋潤，讓水分能長時間停留在皮膚層。化妝品專家亦指出，產品含有多種維他命C衍生物成分，具有保濕、護膚及抗皺能力，能夠有效修護皮膚。多名受測者表示，產品是蓬鬆的泡沫狀化妝水，但其延展性良好，能夠輕易塗抹到皮膚各處；而且其黏性低，使用後不會感到黏笠。
至於11款獲A級評分的產品中，「日本盛 米麴清酒美肌 日本酒製保濕型高化粧水」只售567日圓（約30港元），性價比非常高。
