日本一名男子從小喜歡動物，去年他花約11萬港元訂製一套野狼套裝，完成自小渴望扮成動物的心願。他每次穿起特製服裝扮狼，擺脫人類的身分，將所有煩惱都拋諸腦後，從中獲得力量。

綜合外國傳媒報道，來自東京的32歲的上田徹（Toru Ueda）任職工程師，一般打工仔在下班後或放假時都喜歡小酌一杯放鬆，比起到酒吧或居酒屋喝酒，他更喜歡在家打扮成一隻「狼」。
上田去年花費兩百多萬日元（約11萬港元），透過一間專門製作特殊造型的公司Zeppet，訂製一套野狼服裝。務求成品逼真，上田與製作團隊透過電郵溝通達40次，面對面開會3次討論服裝細節︰包括毛皮的紋理和質料，他同時要求服裝能夠讓他正常行走，最終該公司花上50多天製成。

大灑金錢和耗費心力去製作一件野狼服裝難免令人疑惑，上田就解釋自幼喜歡動物，而且經常在電視上看到一些逼真的動物服裝，夢想有一天自己也可以嘗試穿起，他表示︰「最後一次試穿時，對於鏡中自己的模樣感到驚訝，那一刻我夢想成真了！」
上田表示，扮狼並非為了參加化裝舞會，也從未參加Cosplay（角色扮演）活動，「化身」動物只是想擺脫作為人類的煩惱，形容該套服務賦予他一種在日常生活中無法感受到的力量，
「當我穿上野狼服裝時，感覺自己不再是人類。我擺脫了人際關係和各種煩惱，無論是工作還是其他事情，我都可以忘記它們。當我照鏡時，我看到一隻狼，真的很感動。我不是狼人，狼人是怪物，我不是怪物。」
該間位於東京的製作公司Zeppet主要為電視廣告及電影製作服裝，負責人表示近年委託他們製作逼真動物套裝的客人不斷增加，已有超過50人購買類似的動物套裝作私人用途，去年另一名因扮成牧羊犬而爆紅的日男Toco，其套裝同樣出自Zeppet手筆。
